Video: Paper Weaving

This is a fun technique, with a big wow factor! Paper weaving requires a little patience,  takeing about 1.5 – 2 hours to finish.  However, you get a double sided page! Paper weaving might look a little intimidating, but you can do it! Paper weaving compliments several Bible passages, here are a few to consider…

Genesis Chapter 37 – Joseph and his Coat

Exodus Chapter 38 & 39 – Making cloth for the tabernacle  and priestly garments.

Psalm 139:13-16  – For you formed my inward parts;
you knitted me together in my mother’s womb.
I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.[a]
my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from you,
when I was being made in secret,
intricately woven in the depths of the earth.

Isaiah 38:12 – Like a shepherd’s tent my dwelling is pulled up and removed from me; As a weaver I rolled up my life He cuts me off from the loom; From day until night You make an end of me.
Colossians 2:2-3 – That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, to reach all the riches of full assurance of understanding and the knowledge of God’s mystery, which is Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
